That's where I am stuck. Daniel I don't understand. The instructions say to g0o to the toolbar icon and you say taskbar icon.

I don't have a toolbar icon, and when I hit the taskbar icon it just opens a start page and no way to go to help. Steve C If you need more help email me [email protected]. Daniel I have the taskbar icon, but when I hit it, it goes to a start page with nothing on it but a search item. Any attempt to go to help takes me to yahoo help, and that's no good. Steve C if you don't have a icon then start over with re-start then re-download Roboform.
